How soon are we expecting Automated Driving Systems?

Industry 4.0 is at present in some parts of the world, and the extend to the other parts of the world is just a matter of time – likely to be realistic in a decade most. Some part of the world will be caught up with "not ready yet" status, like a gigantic wave hit the small village on the shore before they say they are ready for the destructive flood. The fast and wide usage of smartphone in poor countries is a good example. In the same way, a poor snack seller in Yangon will take a ride on an AD car in a near future.Do you think the same?
